How we help...

• We begin by reviewing what has been prepared and submitted to CRA, and re-interview the company's technical team to determine if the projects submitted require further explanation and details. In some cases, some projects or components should be removed due to ineligibility. In addition, we would take the time to ensure that all eligible work is uncovered, so we might identify other projects that qualify and should be submitted.
• We determine if proper linkages between the technical work and the costs being claimed exist, recommending changes to the costing of the claim where appropriate.
• We review all of the supporting documentation to ensure the claim is adequately supported.
• We prepare presentations and/or documents that must be submitted to the government in a professional and timely manner.
• We prepare your technical team for the actual review by CRA.
• We are present at the CRA review.
• We provide CRA with additional information requested during the review, helping to manage the follow-up process.
• We ensure that your technical team understands the SR&ED program and is capable of recognizing eligible SR&ED projects going forward.
• We also help set you up with a formal documentation system, which would prepare you for future claims.
